Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

• Eligibility: You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Return Process

• Initiate Return: Contact us at Info@mindbodyscale.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Process: To exchange an item, contact us at Info@mindbodyscale.com. We will provide instructions on returning the item and shipping the replacement.
